What could they be up to at Turn 10 Studios? Today on the Forza blog Brian Ekberg, Turn 10’s community manager, tittered and giggled out some mysterious comment about an announcement he could barely contain himself from spoiling. He promised it was good.
Next week promises to be an exciting one. In addition to the release of the latest DLC car pack for Forza Motorsport 6, we’ll have the details on the next Forza 6 content update, both of which will be arriving on Tuesday. And then we’ve got something special coming that I think you folks are going to really like. I don’t want to say anything more right now – in fact, I can’t say anything more – so I’ll just leave it at that. Such a tease!
Ekberg is being so vague here that we can’t even determine if this announcement is about Forza. But there’s other news that’s more solid: Turn 10 has put out some new cars in honor of the release of Halo 5: Guardians. Today you can get a 2015 Ford Mustang G with a special Osiris theme, and if you’re a VIP Member you can also get a 2016 Ford Shelby GT340R that comes with a custom paint job themed around Master Chief.
The latest DLC pack for Forza Motorsport 6 will be released on Tuesday, followed by the reveal of Ekberg’s mysterious announcement. We’ll let you know what it is.
