“Uncharted” will have Shawn Levy directing the live-action feature film based on the Sony PlayStation video game series. Levy was the director for all three “Night at the Museum” movies and is currently directing episodes of “Stranger Things” on Netflix.
There has been no casting for the role of treasure hunter Nathan Drake – the main character of “Uncharted” – and the movie is expected to have a 2018 release date.
