Can you believe there’s a new Mirror’s Edge coming in a mere two weeks? After years of skepticism that a second game could even happen, and so many delays once it DID go into production, Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst has seemed so far away for so long that having it a confirmed reality is going to take some getting used to.
But here it is, the last trailer, released today — 14 days prior to the game itself. And if you’re a subscriber to EA Access or Origin Access, you’ll be able to play it even sooner than that — a trial version of the game will go live on PC five days early for Origin users and on console five days early for Access users. You’ll only be given six hours with it, as they don’t want anybody completing the game before it actually comes out (though I wouldn’t be surprised if someone finds a way).
The adventures of Faith resume June 7 on Playstation 4, XBox One and PC. In the meantime, here’s the launch trailer:
