Right now I've been watching a mix of studio created webtoons (Frederator, Robot Chicken etc) and independent (Mugman, Homestar Runner).
My favorites include the new Morph series, RWBY, Mugman and Homestar Runner. I also enjoy Frederator's Saturday Morning Cartoons and Two More Eggs (if that counts).
