Following the uploading of the seventh episode, popular Doctor Who fan stop motion series Doctor Puppet has announced an Indiegogo crowd funding drive in order to produce the eighth and final instalment.
The series had previously successfully used the service to generate funds to produce the 2014 Christmas special ‘The Planet That Came For Christmas’. It hopes to replicate that success in order to make the series finale the best possible. The series follows the Eleventh incarnation of the Time Lord in a plot involving his past incarnations being snatched from time, told by stop motion animation, narration and music.
As with other crowd funding projects a range of extra perks will be available for donating certain amounts towards the $11,000 goal, including exclusive art, parts of the actual puppets and the chance to meet the producers.
